At the beginning of October, our partner company efcom from Germany successfully held a traditional meeting of users of the ef3 solution and partners, the so-called efcom Symposium.

This year's focus was on uncertainty in the post-pandemic era.

During the lectures, the renowned lecturers gave the participants an up-to-date insight into what is happening in the global factoring markets, legal uncertainties at the international level and regulatory requirements, which can also lead to limitations of factoring services, and sustainability in the financial sector.

Also, efcom presented how, with the solutions and services they offer, they promote the resilience of their customers to all these uncertainties. In addition to the already existing method of purchasing a solution by modules, efcom introduced a purchase model with the possibility of price growth depending on use. efcom also presented the highlights of the last year's development in ef3 and efOnline, and above all the improved user experience, as the solution is now accessible anytime, anywhere, from any device, and its greater security. The application's usage is also increases with the growing internationality of users.

This year Gora has introduced the participants the topic of how data is becoming a key driver for organizations to reduce risk and make data-driven decisions in today's changing environment.
